Laurence has more than 15 years property development and town planning experience in a variety of public and private sector roles across the UK. 

Through Laurence’s work on a range of large scale housing, commercial, mixed use and independent dwelling sites he has extensive and broad knowledge on a variety of sectors where he has handled planning applications through to decision. A practical knowledge of planning policy, environmental law and landscape guidelines has been constructively applied often working in areas of environmental sensitivity. 

Laurence is experienced in public engagement, committee presentation, and the full range of planning appeal work.
